Jeremy Regan, Head of Coffee

Our Head of Coffee, Jeremy Regan is an accredited World Barista Judge. His extensive coffee knowledge and experience ensures he is at the forefront of coffee trends, spending time studying flavour profiles, coffee growing regions and monitoring the roasting process to ensure the beans arrive at all stores in peak condition. He is also involved in our barista training program so we can ensure bean to cup is seamless for the consumer delivering a perfect coffee every time.

Foodco’s Board and Senior Leadership Team deliver a diverse range of experience and expertise. They are tasked with the development and delivery of Foodco’s annual strategic plans and management of the daily operations and in-house retails teams.

Robert Fitzgerald
Executive Director

  • Robert joined Foodco in 2010 and leads Foodco’s Ventures team and is responsible for Corporate Development. Prior to joining Foodco Robert worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Robert had a variety of senior client focused roles with UBS Investment Bank. Most recently Robert was a Managing Director with UBS Asia based in Hong Kong.

Serge Infanti
Executive Chairman

  • Serge initially joined Foodco in 1990 as a franchise partner successfully operating two Jamaica Blue and two Muffin Break cafes, before joining the executive team to lead the development, leasing and store design and constructions teams. From 2007 Serge lead the global business in his role as Managing Director and in his current role as Executive Chairman is responsible for international licensed operations, key global projects, supporting the UK growth plan and franchise industry representation. Prior to Foodco, Serge held various management, financial and marketing roles at IBM Australia and Asia Pacific.

John Batistich
Non-Executive Director

  • John first joined the Foodco Board in 2017 as an Independent Director. John has over 24 years of cross sector experience in Research, Marketing, Digital and General Management with blue chip companies like Westfield Group, Interbrand, Wrigley Company, PepsiCo Foods, Kimberly Clark and Lion Nathan. More recently John was Westfield’s Marketing Director including being responsible for Digital Innovation.

Winton Gill Cox
Non-Executive Director

  • Gill was a Partner of Deloitte from 1971 to 1996; (holding the position of National Chair of the Partners Board in later years). He retired from the partnership to found and direct a national post graduate program in accounting and financial management for The Chartered Accountants of Australia and NZ. Since 1992 Gill has provided consulting advice and held governance positions (incl. chair roles) in a number of central, local government & private businesses across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, health, tertiary education, logistics, agricultural production & processing, waste management, manufacturing, finance & professional services. Gill was appointed an Alternative Director of the Group in 2021 and Non-Executive Director in 2022.

Michael & Robyn Arbuckle

  • Michael and Robyn first became involved with Foodco in 1992 when they were franchise partners. Michael and Robyn went on to be the licensed partner in New Zealand (now a Foodco Group Business) and joint venture partners in the United Kingdom. Michael is also the Managing Director for the United Kingdom.

Richard Goodman

  • Richard joined Foodco in February 2022 as Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Foodco, Richard held senior commercial, finance, planning and communication roles at David Jones and was Managing Director with Heinemann Australia. Richard has deep retail experience and a passion for developing people and a commitment to partnering with Franchisees.

  • Matthew joined Foodco in 2002. Prior to this role Matt held leadership roles in Foodco’s system operations. Before joining Foodco Matthew’s previous roles included Franchise Business Management with Coles, Myer and McDonald’s Australia.

Mauricio Trincado
Chief Financial Officer

  • As a Big 4 trained Chartered Accountant, Mauricio began his career at KPMG, an 8-year tenure highlighted by a stint working in the UK as well as meeting his beautiful wife. Post KPMG, he has held a number of senior finance roles across ASX, private equity backed and privately owned organisations. Since 2007, he has developed a specialisation within the retail and franchising space overseeing the finance function for the James Pascoe Group (including Prouds Jewellers, Angus & Coote and Goldmark), Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy, and most recently Pharmacy 4 Less, a privately owned healthcare group managing 105 franchised community pharmacies, wholesale distribution operations, medical packing facilities and medical centres. Mauricio was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Foodco Group in November 2023.

  • Tony joined Foodco in 2004, working across a variety of senior roles in development, leasing and operations. Prior to joining Foodco, Tony had a successful banking career in the UK before moving into café ownership. He has also held the role of National Development Manager for operators within the health and beauty sector.

Nina Cosgrove
General Manager Operations

  • Coming from a Food & Beverage background with an already established career in franchising, Nina started with Foodco as an Operations Consultant in 2007. Since then she has held several positions within the operations team at Foodco - Regional Manager, National Operations Manager and now as General Manager of Operations. Nina’s focus and passion is to finesse in-store systems and processes, provided training and mentoring to the operations team, improve franchisee satisfaction and engagement and enhance brand standards.

Fatima Syed
General Manager Customer and Marketing, Australia & New Zealand

  • Prior to joining Foodco, Fatima’s career extended across FMCG and QSR organisations such as Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, PepsiCo, Yum Brands (Pizza Hut and KFC), Toshiba and Dyson where her roles included brand positioning, consumer insights, digital (including but not limited to E-Commerce, Search, CRM and Social), PR and CSR. Fatima has a passion for building and developing teams, and a track record of driving for results.

Sarah Bolton Hall

  • Sarah joined Foodco in 2003. Sarah has worked across a range of business units including operations, development and marketing for Muffin Break and Jamaica Blue. Sarah’s role encompasses international licence and partner management, and is Foodco’s media liason officer.
